Solar panels don't stop working at "end of life" do they? Don't they continue to work, just less efficiently? It's basically free power isn't it?

Mine is working totally fine. Temp in the house is exactly what I have it set at. I have two Mitsubishi heat pumps. A 12k btu system downstairs in 1/2 finished basement and 18k btu system upstairs. Noticed the aux heat coil came on on the one downstairs but the one upstairs hasn't come on.

In my experience, the envi wall heater from e-heat work pretty well and aren't that expensive to run. They are fairly expensive to buy though.

If this is a continuing problem that the school is not addressing then the VPA needs to step up and provide some leadership. If it's coming from the stands and not the players themselves then, at the very least, the school should not be allowed to have spectators for a specified amount of time.
It's actually embarrassing that children are the ones that have to take a stand on this issue since the 'adults' in charge don't seem to be doing enough or taking the matter as seriously as they should.

It was the logo, not the name. U32 is called the 'Raiders' as well but they don't have an arrowhead or anything related to native Americans as their school logo.

Reply to comment by JaimeGordonLannister in Winter heating cost survey: Last month how much do you pay, what source, how much space, and what temp? by Ok_Slice_2952
It's a VT subreddit so, as you can assume, I'm in VT. Same temp as anyone else in this state. I don't have a battery, and haven't done much research on them, but I was always under the impression they were like a generator and only used when you lose power. I'd love to be educated if I am wrong about that.
And, I do still have my forced hot air furnace in the house but am actively looking to get that and the oil tank removed.

Yes, as a simple example, we need snow runoff in the spring to keep streams, rivers, lakes, wells, etc full. The near term and long term consequences are real.

You're seriously trying to compare a city of 2.7 million people with one that has 16,000?

Definitely did not see anyone when I drove by yesterday at around 5:45. I can say, though, that very few people actually understand how to use a zipper merge as everyone just moved to the right lane incredibly early and I must have passed 50 cars up to the merging point.

The Free Press has turned into a joke of a "newspaper". The "news" in that paper is 2-3 days old. It's actually pretty pointless having a subscription.
