I’ve gotten in huge fights with her as a previous tenant on Ring St. no working heat most of our time living there, repairs were never done, there ended up being an electrical fire which gutted the back hallway which fire Marshall deemed, she said it was from cigarettes lol. I called the code office because it was left exposed in December to the elements, both our doors were melted and broken without good working heat and they condemned our entire apartment building. Saw that it’s now being rented again. Do not rent from her.
