I can never decide if Nobody's Side or Pity The Child is the bigger emotional motivator. I love them both. And then Anthem. Linda Eder's cover of Anthem gives me chills every single time.

I listen to the concert every so often. I love it and it has some of my favorite performers ever. I just can't listen to Pity The Child #2 without crying. And I'm not always feeling that.

Reply to comment by tim36272 in LPT Request: Why is my tax return so low? by ChickenCheeks7
I do this last bit. My current job pays better than any of my others. I have a really hard time saving money. So I put some extra toward tax stuff, keeping my money only slightly higher than my normal quality of life, to keep me on a shorter leash. That way my return feels more like an occasion and a chance to buy things I otherwise couldn't have saved for.

I never got as into the others. But I eternally crave the blueberry pomegranate Kickstart that they stopped producing.

I'm just glad I'm not the only one who still swears by the Mountain Dew Kickstarts. Harder to find them nowadays, but I love 'em.

Check r/legaladvice. Keep yourself going. It sounds like his mother is going to be a good rock for you now, if you need it. Stay safe, even if it means laying low for a bit. And remember to breathe. Things suck, but at least you found out who he was now, instead of months or years later. And if you need anyone to talk to, you've got plenty of people on here who can lend you an ear or a shoulder.
