You very clearly didn’t read the article. Elon was talking about moving people 1,200km/hour. This is basically an underground conveyor belt which goes up to 30km/hour. The goals is to reduce road congestion by up to 40%. It’s completely different and in no way vindicates elons idea whatsoever
