I believe the Emissions test is also $20/CASH only— but the last time I did one it was 2013 so rules may have changed.
The $20 late fee can be paid online though.

Have you witnessed the drivers driving 70mph in the breakdown later/shoulder when there is traffic? 100% NOT legal.
