Obesity has a bigger effect on risk of death, but being overweight increases risk of death as well

My numbers were for overweight

If you google it 1 in 3 men in the US are overweight vs 1 in 4 women, so why is this incorrect?

Also I’m assuming most importantly is men probably somewhat more often eat like shit and don’t exercise?

That’s possible but probably if they’re not super confident you’ll be able to make payments they’re confident they can get someone else
If you were a landlord why would you rent to someone who makes less than someone who makes more

They want to be confident you’ll be able to pay multiple years in a row including with rent increases and your salary is relatively low What the other posters said

Doesn’t it require that a certain percentage go towards claims? They can’t increase their margins just by increasing premiums Sure they can make more revenue total by increasing premiums but the same is true without this change

Brookline is right near both Boston and Boston’s hospitals and has excellent schools. It can be expensive but if you can afford it it is great imo
