Yes they have tall sizes. When SO was thinner being able to get a M talk was worth the money

This is what I did when we lived in the north east and in Chicago. Bean boots lasted me 20+ yrs. The stretch on ice grippers were perfect for icy days.

Waterman pens. Look far more expensive and write very well. You can swap out G2 rollerball for waterman RB, not ball point
