I heard old timey castles and mansions having no corridors. Instead, just many rooms connected to eachother. Sounded like concept of privacy was much different since nobles and aristocrats already would have had servants going in and out of their chambers anyway. But it's funny that it reminds me of how I build houses in survival games. Lack of planning, lack of resources, lack of diligence.

Top left one reminds me of that time Johnny Knoxville almost died while filming jackass where he was to ride on a comically large rocket and blast off. They hired a pseudo rocket scientist and the rocket's cartoonish exterior housed multiple smaller rockets. On ignition the smaller rockets detached and flew out of the main body in many directions and at great speed, non of which came through the side Jonny was sitting on, fortunately.
