Stop trading and collect your wits. Asking for trading advice here won't make anything better. Keep what is left of your money and leave it invested while you find a way to make more without depending on your savings. Once you get on your feet, go back to market with a much smaller amount and teach yourself better risk management until you are confident enough to slowly increase your positions. And find your wife a boyfriend, just in case.
