I got tired of going inside and asking for the nozzle. I just gave in and bought a portable air compressor that hooks up to my cigarette lighter in my car.

Hearing that it's mostly elderly doesn't give me any warm fuzzies on #3 or anything else really.

I rent from Hunter Properties, I've had three different properties with them in 7 years. I've not really had any issues. Any maintenance request are looked into the day of or the next. Only time it hasn't was when the A/C went out and that was because everyone was having A/C issues.
