Reply to Rent Hike by sbenzing100

Definitely priced out of housing, might have to downscale to an apartment, and we make good money. Problem is I don't see a reason to pay $2600 a month on a 2 bedroom house rental.....in Worcester.

Nah COVID hit them hard in all aspects. They had just switched ownership to my knowledge and when we went, half the restaurant was closed and just the bar was open, and that was like, 5 months ago. We were one of like, 3 groups there and the waitress that was serving us just abandoned ship and didn't come back to our table after taking our order. A different waiter brought our food and then we had to flag the bartender down to pay for the meal.

Used to go there all the time from 2014-2018 or so and it was always busy.

Yeah I fucked up with this too and received SO many phone calls over the span of a month. Blocked the number via iPhone, they'd call with a new number.

I'm still trying to get insurance but might just wait for open enrollment through my job. Even on health connector there's open enrollment periods or you have to have a life-qualifying event outside of that open enrollment.

90 technically doesn't go through Worcester but 290 will lead them directly to here, if you want "near" the Pike, somewhere in Auburn would be better, but if it's somewhere in Worcester, there's a bunch of hotels and all that near the Common. If you wanna get food before you leave you can meet at Armsby Abbey or Chashu Ramen, one of those places down near the Common and then hop on to 290 again to get back to 90.

And that’s fine. If people wanna buy a real tree, or fake tree, who gives a shit.

The only thing I make a stink about is the people that buy a lot of artificial trees in a short time span and throw them out. They’re horrible for the environment as far as recycling goes.
