There is no benefit. No electrician I've ever met or heard of uses a pair or scissors to cut wire, that's what linesman pliers are for, or diagonal cutters, or even wire strippers.

I am a journey person electrician and I can honestly say I've never seen a pair of electricians scissors and don't know what you would ever use them for.

One thing I will say is that you'll probably never eat the thing you got food poisoning from again. For me it was frozen mini pizza at a hockey game. That happened 27 years ago and I've never eaten a frozen mini pizza since.
The sickest I've ever been in my life and it could only be described as a three day decent into hell followed by a 2 day journey back out. By the time it was done I was so sore from puking I couldn't stand up straight. I would sip warm water so I would have something to throw up because the dry heaves hurt too much.
