Okay, so PTO upfront meaning you get it at the start of the year (like 25 days PTO)? What’s the rollover amount?

Is this typical for the larger pharma companies also? How long does the accumulation take, like 1 day of PTO for every 20 work days?

They say it’s unlimited but I believe they discourage anything above 21 days a year?

Does the PTO regenerate fully at the start of every year? And shutdowns I would assume are only for the plants since the corporate staff are present year round?

I’m assuming the PTO regenerates in full at the start of every year? Or does it accumulate as you go through the year?
