Yes, some renters insurance policies will have additional living expenses (ALE) that will cover you.

Also, if the repairs are a part of an insurance claim, and if the landlord has an policy that states that this property is a rental property - their insurance would help as well. But that’s as long as the landlord has the correct policy (I don’t think there’s a law saying that they have to have that type of policy)

When I was in college I worked my way up through the under-the-table ranks of a bar in AdMo. We employed a lot of guys from 8th/I and the Honor Guard as bouncers/doormen.
