Carrabassette valley and Rangely. Thats where a lot of generational family camps (deer camps) are. Be warned, there is less than nothing out there. Like 4 bars within a hour of each other (excluding pricy sugarloaf attractions). And it not uncommon to have no running water. Oquassic has a dedicated spring that people go to and keep nice for this reason. Desolation and Indian land to avoid while your hunting. Crazy woods though, 200lbs deer every year at the weigh station in Eustis
