I liked it personally. The first episode was a very average seven out of 10 beginning but after that I liked that they gave moments to the characters even though some people thought they got to be a little bit flanderized, I don’t think it was so much that as they sort of paired off characters without dealing with the group as much as the first half. I wanted to see more depth to more of the characters like with the 1980s town which was a really good step in the right direction from the first half. The concluding episodes were absolutely fantastic and around nine out of 10 to 10 out of 10 for the finale. Very emotional and sincere and thoughtful as well as delving into the kind of mysteries I appreciated from shows like gravity falls. 

Exactly this. Yes this was my entire problem. I liked the characters they developed and where they were going with the interesting stories but it needed to be more of a sense8 situation where all of the characters kind of come together to develop and do things. It was so frustrating that 90% of the character development and so many of the characters wound up being pointless until they eventually explain what’s actually going on with those characters. They have no investment in the storyline as characters, they might as well be NPC‘s that walked through a scene.

I am absolutely delighted that the show made it this far and people are still watching it and it’s gonna get even more seasons hopefully

How about making sure those animators aren’t left on the street?

Totally worth it. Love that group.
