No it’s not possible in eukaryotic organisms that’s not how the immune system works. Immune memory is part of a selection process of reactive cells. mRNA vaccines work by having cells near the injection site temporarily express a foreign protein that the immune cells don’t recognize as “self” and then form a response against.
Oddly enough, that IS how some bacterial immune systems work and is the basis of the endogenous bacterial CRISPR system that we now use to edit human cells.
