Here are a few suggestions to make Rhode island a nicer place (in general)
Stop building houses in already overpopulated towns..
Stop building Dollar Generals for christs sake!
Fix the roads..
Better school system, And Resource Officers (or extra patrols) near ALL SCHOOLS. (including elementary)
Fund the police better, The police in Rhode Island need body cameras, Sights on their firearms, And better radios. They are so fuzzy and staticy..
MORE PARKS. Specifically playgrounds.
Bowling areas, Arcades, Or any other family area.

I always wondered why the police license plates are blue. Most other states are just normal plate colors, But with "Insert (City) Police Here" or something along those lines..
