If you open the file on google sheets, add filters and filter the table based on your needs, that should do the trick!

Whey had a price per 100g of protein ranging from 5.65 to 7.00 EUR

I don't have a dataset filtered on meat only products. However, meat is part of the ranking for the scenario with at least 20% protein and at most 20% carbs:

In this supermarket, chicken breast cost 9.49 EUR per 800g. In the end that's a price of 4.75 EUR per 100g of protein

Here you can see those numbers for some meats and eggs. However, I only showed those numbers for ranking of the cheapest source of protein without any restrictions on minimum protein percentage
