If you open the file on google sheets, add filters and filter the table based on your needs, that should do the trick!

Data Source: Albert Heijn's website (ah.nl)
Tools used: Python to scrape and analyze the data; PowerPoint to manually create the table in the picture

It also includes the top cheapest sources of protein for foods with:

  • at least 40% protein
  • at least 20% protein and at most 20% carbs
  • no restrictions on macros
