This just happened to me too. I served one day in June 2022 and got a summons for April 2023. I was also going to call them - but figured I’d just be kicking the can further down the road since I’ll get summoned in a couple months anyways. I guess I might as well get it over with. But I do believe you can call them and they’ll postpone it for you.

I recently postponed my jury duty (online). I then got mailed a new jury summons with the new date. It’s the same juror number - but it could be because both the old and new dates are on a Thursday.
