Hard to say what is affordable without a budget specified but Avanzare is an atmosphere your describing. Maybe not dim lighting but Cafe Cusco would also be one I'd recommend for a date spot.

Vintage Stock and Entertainmart have been known to overprice their games and even been caught trying to sell reproduction (fake) game carts for the price of the originals. Definitely wouldn't give them your money.

I would be under the assumption that one of the Asian markets, either Seoul Oriental Market or Asian World Market would most likely have woks in stock. I however would not be able to tell you the quality of those said woks. Another option is Restaurant Marketplace off of West Grand.

Any of the places downtown would probably do a good job, I went to Hudson / Hawk Barber to get my head shaven before and they did a great job doing so.
