Green line is slow though. Commuter rail from Boston Landing is nice, but only once an hour.
I'd say proximity to any of the other lines would be preferable to Brighton.

Anecdotally, my flu shot seems to be holding up pretty well this year. I've had every other bug imaginable though. :/ My toddler doesn't want to share anything but whatever latest virus he's got.
