I get a three minute shower that way. Someone will be banging on the door begging me to stop before the first song is over.

It's a data capable link. That aside, it won't magically unbrick anything. You'll still sweat rocks to resurrect a device with a hosed bootloader. And it won't do a damned thing for a busted charging port.

That's what I teach my kids. I follow it up with "pray that everyone assumes the same about you because one day you will be the idiot."
