It’s typical for these 3rd party suppliers to hike your rate after the introductory period. I just stick with DLC as my supplier. I believe they charge .12 per kWh. Just easier for me to not have to continually check my 3rd party supplier price to save $10 a month.

If you got a bill from Allegheny County for the taxes, you will want to reach out to your mortgage company. They probably didn’t get the bill and will need you to scan it or mail it to them so they can pay.

Why does your escrow only pay 1 tax? My escrow pays my county tax, city tax and property taxes. If your escrow only pays 1 of the tax. You’ll want to reach out and find out which tax they pay if they really only pay 1 of those 3.

3 times the gas tax has gone up prior to this last one.
And apparently, you glossed over the most important part of the article as to why it’s going up this year:
A provision in the law sets the "floor" of the wholesale gas price at $2.99, PennDOT says. If the price remains above this level for 12 months, the fuel tax rate increases. The average wholesale price is now $3.17.
So total, the gas tax has increased 4 times.

This isn’t the first year the gas tax has increased. Biden has 0 to do with this.

If he’s willing to work at a call center, UPMC’s Central Contact Center is always hiring. The first 6 weeks would be on-site training but after that, it would turn into a remote position. The location for on-site training is the Quantum building down at the South Side Works.
I used to collaborate with that department so I’m familiar with the position details. If interested, feel free to DM me and I can provide the job listing and answer any questions.

Apparently you can’t read because I specifically mentioned it’s a bit beyond the area he is asking. A 20-minute drive isn’t that far away.

A little beyond the area you mentioned but I think it is worth it. Burgers are really good and come out basically right away.
