What kind of mod's do you recommend?

I've considered the lawton tune up kit for a while now but have yet to pull the trigger.

I thought I was going to miss the bigger knob of my Schiit amp when I got the ADI-2, but honestly I much prefer the smaller, endless turning, knob, it just feels so smooth.

Glad you are enjoying yours. I 100% agree, this unit is amazing, probably endgame for me as well!

Mostly satisfied, I could definitely go on indefinitely with what I got, but I think I'm going to get one more pair of headphones next year and depending what I get I might want to try a tube amp.
