If you can manage two pairs and alternate they’ll both last much longer. Dansko’s are the closest work shoe I’ve found for 14+ hours on your feet to BIFL. They’re not safety toe, but they’re quite sturdy and strong in the toe box. Sizing can be a bit tricky as they vary a bit between pairs, so worth seeking them out in person.

I prefer Staub for investment enamel cookware. The handles come as metal standard, the insides are black, not white, so you avoid seeing staining. Mine is going on 12 years now and, while the outside could use a little time with some BKF, it’s still in pristine condition with heavy use.

I have a linen set from west elm that’s about 8 years old and still excellent. Rotating 2 sets from parachute now that are about 2 years old and pristine. Wash on cooler water when you’re not dealing with a stain or post sickness, dry on a low setting or line dry if possible. Also worth reaching out to lands end. They may replace for you even outside of warranty for manufacturing defect. Edit: typo
