I'm downtown and I commute to White Plains. It usually takes 30 minutes to get to the office. Getting home is a little worse if you leave around on 5, it can take 45mins - 1 hour.

You can go grab a drink at tomato tomato if there's a wait. They also started taking reservations during covid, although I haven't been there in a little bit and that may have changed again.

The shops here so, and yes it is, but not as easy as NYC. You kind of have to ask.

Call a cat rescue like pitter patter.
If someone feeds a cat, its their responsibility to get them fixed, and the rescue can help. Feeding stray cats is cool, but you want to make sure they are fixed or you get a cat colony.
