Yeah it's horrible that athletes can make money on their name rather than the NCAA and universities keeping it all. Come on, now. Change is hard but it was ridiculous that everyone but the athletes were making money from their skills

KD might have a huge ego but the guy can hoop. It's really all he cares about. KD doesn't want to lead or deal with the media or owners etc etc. He just wants to ball. From a scoring perspective he's one of the best in the league.

Mahomes has a long way to go to catch up with Brady in wins, passing yards, TDs or rings. He might do it but the longevity free of injuries is a big wildcard. Not to mention player turnover and Andy Reid won't be around forever. PM has all the ability in the world but if you had to bet money that mattered, the safe bet would be against him achieving most of those records.

There's a reason Qatar and Russia wanted to host World Cups, despite the event losing money. It is a symbol of national pride and power.

Ms. Sabalenka is right that banning Russian players didn't change the war in any meaningful way. Yet, allowing or disallowing their participation is also symbolic. While very unfair to individual players, who are caught in an impossible situation, Wimbledon had to come down on the side of Ukraine.
