You’re very young, and frankly, it may not be popular to say this but if this is the worst thing that you’ve done with your BF, it’s not a big deal. That’s based on not knowing what you said.

So, just talk to him. Apologize for your behavior and for scaring him. Explain you understand your limits now and will be mindful of these limits going forward.
