I haven't noticed and I am on the end of the runway in eastie basically, but a heavy sleeper. I'm speculating but I think they climb faster and have to throttle up more in high winds which we've had.

I can confidently say US liberals are not left wing due to excessive goalpost moving

Y'all got liberals too? Are they slightly right wing like in the US?

Will you have a car? Winter parking here can get interesting. I think it's state law that if you dig out your spot and someone else parks in it you can plant C-4 under their vehicle.

I'm sure you're aware but cost of living is probably double...it's not just higher, it's cripplingly expensive and it's all housing so it's hard to avoid.

First of all, never show up on time.

Likely it will be higher than you think but 15k is excessive. I would say tub cost + 1 day labor for 2 people + disposal. Depending on the tub 5-8k total? You'll likely pay for a full day on the labor even if it takes less just because it's inefficient to pull people between jobs in the same day.
Never work with someone who is pressuring you to sign that day. They should give you a quote and a number of days that it's good for. Either they didn't want the job or they prey on ingnorance.

Come over to Revere we have plenty. Not so much a homeless thing as a 40 just isn't practical and isn't trendy. Maybe once the beer snobs realize IPAs don't actually taste good they will come back into fashion ironically or something.

Such a high risk though, that I doubt many would be quick to take. Construction is slow, and costs have been very unpredictable since COVID. Couple that with interest rates rising and what we're left looking for is some benevolent millionaires to build quality affordable housing?

Who are these people and why would they build if not to rent? Banks are not going to finance projects with low/no returns.
I agree that we need more ownable housing stock but we are well entrenched in what is essentially a feudal system of property ownership out here. Without some fairly radical alternatives the system will not self-correct.
