Dear Futurelings,
Sorry to hear you're having a tough time out there near the heat death of the universe. That must suck after all those aeons of utopian life. We'll try to fit a ban on technological progress into our schedule, but it might be tricky. We're kinda busy working on ensuring the planet can support human life for the next 50 years and looking forward to being vaporized by our own sun.
