Haha I might have been! And I would always get so stressed, worrying if my customers thought it was my fault. But it's comforting to know that there are customers, like you, who understand.

Oh wow, now I know this is not just a doordash/Uber driver problem. As a Doordash driver, I refuse to pick up their food anymore. I doordashed there a couple of times and would have to wait FOREVER to get the food, and I was never acknowledged as well, while other customers who arrived way after me and ordered on the spot were taken care of. I would lose money because of them, having to wait so long. And the guys who work there are a**holes. I would think to myself, "If they hate doordash so much, why do they even have it?" But now I know they do it to regular customers too. And the food doesn't look that great imo.
