Earthquakes don't reliably cause volcanoes. We saw this with 16 April 2016 Kumamoto earthquake and the nearby volcano Mount Aso 30km away, which didn't erupt. This is because most volcanoes aren't waiting to erupt. They have a magma chamber several kilometers below the earth and the supply of magma to that chamber is the main cause of whether they erupt or not. Luck might cause an eruption, but it's hardly reliable.
Volcanoes aren't like ticking time bombs waiting for a minor trigger to go off. They depend on having enough magma to be set off.
Of course, a large enough one might start moving substantial amounts of the mantle, or causing enough stress to get magma to forcibly erupt from the ground. It would have to be very big to do that.

He was looking for a birth control scar from an implant. He presumably guessed she was pregnant from her appearance, confirming it with an ultrasound. He was ambiguous because he likes having an air of mystery to his patient examinations.
So, the relationship is that in your arm medical professionals often implant a small plastic tube called a Nexplanon or Implanon containing etonogestrel which blocks pregnancy normally, and failed in her case.

The body makes immunity by having immune cells like B cells which produce antibodies. Those lock onto the antigens of microorganisms that invade your body. There's a lot of complexity beyond that, but generally the limit is whether the microorganism has an antigen that fits an antibody your body has.
If it's fairly close, the body can use a partial fit to make more similar antibodies, so it doesn't need to be a perfect fit.
There's no hard limit that we could reach in a lifetime. Thanks to V(D)J recombination and Somatic hypermutation, there's a very high variance in possible combinations. It's just a matter of if you are lucky enough to have the right antibodies.
However, if you are repeatedly infected by something, it can occupy a large amount of your immune memory e.g. how most T cells in the elderly might be fighting HCMV antigens so it's complicated. Research is ongoing as to the limits of each factor.
