I used to work at MoS and february school vacation week is definitely the busiest vacation week. Tough to say if black friday or presidents’ day is busier but they’re both insane. September is the quietest time by a long shot if you want to plan a time to go.

Edit: make sure your future lease stipulates that the security deposit is held in a bank account accruing interest. it’s the law and is often ignored.
