It's the scale of the image on the box. 1:1 means it is life sized. 2:1 means it's half sized, 3:1 means a third sized, etc.

I was born dead. Strangled to death by my own umbilical cord. I was resuscitated... so... probably that one.

Could have at least rotated the phone so the image was slightly bigger.
