It's Fetterman's seat to resign if he sees that necessary, but I doubt he does or he wouldn't have run.
Depression is incredibly common after a stroke. It's often not recognized.

Do the Knife Edge trail up Mt Katahdin in Maine for a throwback.
We did section J a few years back, Katahdin has areas that are similar up knife edge due to its prominence.

Thats why I don't necessarily pick a company. I toss the money in an ETF style China fund thats heavy in CATL, but represents a lot of Chinese energy storage / production sector.

I would bet on CATL, I think the Chinese will basically prop that up no matter what and I won't be surprised if they win the battery wars.

Maybe most "providers" give atropine to a dead heart but it's not part of ACLS, and most physicians don't.
In fact i don't think I've never seen an ED physician or intensivist give atropine to a pulseless person. There's no evidence of that helping in asystole, or anything other than symptomatic bradycardia - essentially pre-arrest.
Maybe follow the guidelines? It would also help to be less combative with everyone you're talking to.

Atropine isn't part of ACLS for any cardiac arrest. Only symptomatic bradycardia.

Look at Brooks or Altra running shoes. They've held up really well for me and my weirdly wide feet.

Check to see if you have a weird size or a wide foot. I wrecked shoes for years until I realized my feet were just wider than normal.
