I feel like the reason they are only marketing the show by hyping up Bob Odenkirk is very telling.

Hopefully Shadow and Bone gets a season 3 or a Crows spinoff.

At least the writers knew this and they wrote this season to be the last.

She becomes so painful toward the end of season 2. A lot of fans think that the writers have made her the new Felicity where her plot overshadows the established lore love interest (Lois). Seriously, Lana had endless plots in season 2 while Lois had nothing.

Hopefully they design each future season to feel like a proper ending.

Kind of ironic since Doom Patrol had a backdoor pilot in Titans and Chief got recast.

Recasting the detectives is a stupid move though. I’m not that excited for the show but those actors were fun in Doom Patrol.

If they make all these projects have different tones that is leagues ahead of what the MCU still can’t do after nearly 15 years.

Is it just an old-school mystery show or are their any Johnson ‘gimmicks’ or subversions? I love the Knives Out for his twists.

The most amazing use of music in the show is when they played 'When the World Went Away' >!after Root died and Finch went crazy!<.

I think the Samaritan stuff felt a bit rushed because of how much they had to shorten the final season. I'm glad they focused more on amazing character drama and payoffs instead of the villain though.

It helps that the procedural format gave them so much creativity. You could tell they had fun making every plot with a 'Number' unique, with some standouts being >!the role reversal episode, the one with Finch trapped in a building with the Number or every time the Number turned out to be a major character like Root or Control!<.

It’s crazy to think that a whole generation or two will never embrace commercial TV and will stick to streaming. Young people physically can’t watch a show on a fixed schedule with adverts every 10 minutes compared to just picking an episode/film on streaming.

I guess companies will try and shift their ads onto streaming in the next decade.

I did this with Fargo Season 3. Somehow the first episode I watched was episode 5 where >!one of the Ewan McGregor’s kills the other!<. I thought it was the first episode since Fargo seasons always begin with >!a character killing someone!< so imagine my surprise when I realised my mistake.

I love it when shows have recaps that are in-character. Like Ozark season 2 had Ruth describing everything that happened previously >!to her dad in prison!<.

It would be funny if Dreamworks films this year (Bad Guys and Puss in Boots) do better than Disney’s flops (Lightyear and Strange World). Talk about the lead getting too cocky.

Not to mention Minions destroying Lightyear two weeks after its released.

That’s interesting because both Ted films love using modern day pop culture jokes.

Rings of Power should have released two episodes a week in December.

Instead the show stumbled on week 2 and then crashed and burned.

Yeah she hates him but wants him, he knows she hates him but he needs her. What a mess.

I loved how pissed off, scared and relieved Dedra looked when she realised Syril saved him.

I’ve never seen a show where the main character is in the show so little, but it works so well. Andor is the glue that brought all those characters together.

I do wish the Mon storyline connected more to everything else but I guess that is for season 2 and the start of the Rebel Alliance.

Or real estate business that are run by chickens and settle land disputes with a 1v1 dance competition?

The actor who feels the most off to me is Tony Blair. He really doesn’t look like him at all even if they sound similar.

Both Diana actresses have been scary in terms of how accurately they plan her.
