Don't know about others but I definitely don't to talk up Providence too much on reddit, would like my rent to stay somewhat affordable (got very lucky on my current apt) we already have too many people living here and commuting to Boston, which saves them $ on rent but drives it up for the locals who work in RI and tend to make less $ than those working in Boston.

The centennial is a scholarship for RI kids (or was) that could get you up to full tuition , but I don't think that is possible here as I got offered it in high-school and think it was a one time offer, I made the dumb mistake of going somewhere else and taking out a bunch of loans that took 10 years to pay off

It's all luck and then jumping on a good one as soon as you find it, just found mine on Craigslist and I came to the tour with cash in hand ready to sign cuz he already had 3 other people lined up to check it out. Good luck!
