I have a minor nitpick: at my company (and I think this is pretty common if not the law) the trade window doesn't open until several business days after the report goes public. That gives the market plenty of time to digest the information, trade on it, trade on others' trades, etc.

Well, this isn't plain old pasteurisation it's UHT pasteurisation. Shorter time, much higher temperature, maybe some other differences? It slightly scalds the more sensitive parts of the milk so some people don't like it. But it does have the advantage of making the milk shelf-stable which can be really great.
