Groton Pepperell. I used to live in hudson nh and worked on Devens. Ride wasn't great or awful but might be worth looking closer to Devens. What makes you pick the Lowell Nashua area. There are some nice smaller towns near Devens.

The need to spread out the vote is gone. Tv, social media, and airplanes means it no longer takes years to campaign. They should limit campaigns to 6 months max and everyone votes at the same time.
