Exactly, and if they build this they will have to rewrite this statement to PROVIDED abundant space. And if by volunteer my space they mean pay me prime value I will “volunteer” it.

Really? Many of us here are for solar. Are you familiar with the area they want to put this array?
No clearly not.
The area they want to put it is a highly used recreational area, and one of the larger wooded areas in Keene. It will be a big loss to have this put there. There are many other areas this could be installed wooded or not. Hell, I’ve got acreage they could use.

For your own long term protection hire qualified people not “handymen”. Hire licensed electricians and plumbers, carpenters with good reputations. It will be worth it to pay now versus pay later. You’re close to Keene and Hillsboro, there are a lot of good qualified people in both areas.

And one of the spots is a curbside to go for the Subway in the store. Guaranteed he’s not waiting for a sub.

Get the education from the program, but do not be lured into low % down payments. The market is due for a correction, if you put less than 10% down payment down, there is a chance that you could be upside down in your mortgage.

Not a renaissance fair but maybe similar is the New Hampshire Highland Games every early September. It’s good clean fun.
