I’ve only eaten at Kelly’s at the airport, and for airport food it isn’t half bad.

I like snow and cold weather. If I didn’t like winter I wouldn’t live in New England.

Leave the snowblower alone. We need to make up for this disappointing winter somehow.

Last year my husband & I went to see the refurbished Dutch exhibit at the MFA, and there was a still life of oysters there that was so vivid we left the museum consumed with the need for oysters. It was miserable and sleeting outside and we basically sprinted across the Fens from the museum to Citizen, which was warm and cozy inside and almost empty at 4 pm, and had their 3-oysters-and-a-shot-of-whisky deal - hit the spot perfectly. I haven't been back since then but it's a very fond memory.

Reply to Serious question: Why is the pond at the public garden drained every once in a while? by Top-Pension-564
They drain and clean it every spring - not just to get rid of all the trash, but to scrape a layer of mud off the bottom so the pond doesn't slowly get shallower over time.
