Yeah I prefer a tube-like euphoric sound. Hence why I got the Piety over the Magni+. I only wanted to go for the piety because I originally had a vali 2+ that was disappointingly not very tubey at all. The Piety is much more tube-sounding imo.
I pair my current stack with SDR modded HD800 if you were wondering.

Great stack! Have the exact same DAC and AMP. In your opinion, how does the Magni+ compare to the Piety, sound-wise?

I have, and it changed the sound minimally. Nothing made it MORE tube-like imo.
