Depends what you mean by "cold". Most people would say that pizza at room temperature is "cold". In that regard it takes very little time to produce room temperature pizza compared to hot pizza. If you mean baking a pizza until hot and then making it cold after, then yes. That applies to anything that is prepared and heated. This is a stupid observation. edit if I prepared two pizzas with ingredients at room temperature, then put one in an oven and one in a freezer. One would be hot at about the same time as the other was cold. However the hot one would likely be cooked before the cold one became frozen. OP failed.
