Her name is Ciara. I don’t think OP is a reincarnation of Cassandra though, Cassandra was given the gift of foresight/prophecy and later cursed that her prophecies would never be believed. It seems more like OP just didn’t explain to victims why she was trying to warn them initially and then didn’t warn them and tried to save them herself instead.
