Port Angeles would be better. You’re on the Olympic peninsula and have hurricane ridge, lake crescent and lots of hikes

They are a$0.49 gas tax I believe in January. They want to keep increasing it until people can’t afford gas and get EV. It’s a terrible tax for lower income that taxes them at a higher percentage and will never be able to afford an EV, or families where there are no EVs big enough to fit them

I think it’s easier with a hobby, try joining A local group with something you’re interested in. Even that can be hard. I’ve been here almost two years and have one or two friends but it’s even hard to get together

Right now clergy feel like they can’t report, if they can then clergy have the power to protect children. There is an Arizona case where a man sexually abused his two children for seven years, and the bishop felt he couldn’t report it and it kept going. If he would have been able to report, then these two little girls lives could have been saved

They’re referring to the priests to report abuse, not criminals to self report

Salt Creek has coin showers. If you go to Sol Duc Hot springs they have a locker with showers as well. We did the hike then showered and soaked in the hot springs for an hour
