Rab Valiance jacket might be what you're looking for. I like mine; very warm, seems to be high quality.

I’m happy with a 2” soft top mattress topper from “sleep on latex” purchased from Amazon. 3” thick would probably have been better, but I’m pretty heavy.

I also have a pair. Can't comment on durability, but they're very comfortable and look sharp.
