If you don't talk to Keith Stokes you won't get the full history.

The Newport Grand property is owned by RI commercial real estate development company Carpionato Corp. The company plans to redevelop the casino land. It has yet to finalize those plans and has given no definitive answer to when, or whether, it will move ahead with any construction.

As others have stated, you will want to report this incident quickly to your local police department. You'll need a copy of the police report to obtain a replacement(s). You can find out more here on the DMV website -- https://dmv.ri.gov/registrations-plates-titles/license-plates/lost-or-damaged-plates Please contact the DMV administration using this online form -- https://dmv.ri.gov/locations-hours/questions-feedback if you begin to receive notices for traffic violations (via traffic cameras) as the staff can provide a letter to submit to police/courts to get fines waived.
