Boston doesn’t have much of a living metro area. The whole city itself is segregated by entire neighborhoods

It’s very segregated. It sounds like this survey doesn’t have a good way of capturing that point, and so it can appear neighborly when people are actually terrible.

Boston, while ironically deemed a very liberal city, is also a very racist one

It was nice having the opposite experience of going from Boston to Philly.

There’s also some more offices in the suburbs you could try that do virtual appointments- MainLine Health I think. Depending on what’s going on Temple also has an anxiety clinic with grad students and could probably get your child in pretty quickly
