No, it isn't. Care must be taken to not overlook anything that will leave room for doubt. Understand that it is the job of the defense to sow any doubt. A jury can be dissuaded.

I work for a local judiciary. I've had to be trained how to survive in an active shooter situation. Why do I have to have a training? Why am I not being protected by my government? I can go buy a gun and that requires no training. Fuck you!

The museum at Bay of Pigs in Cuba is so fun. It's exactly the pride that any country that has won a skirmish will display. It was an absolute victory on the part of the Cuban military. Not one of them would attribute it to anything but unity.

I saw this too. I have a hard time including cities that were originally connected by land only by Route 1 as being in the same area. It's understandable for statistical purposes but it doesn't feel right to someone who's lived in both DC and Bmore.
